We were lucky to be able to take 2 trips to Disneyland this year.......both within 3 months of each other. This was our second trip.
Unfortunately, 1-2 days before, Dayna got really sick, but we went anyway. She ended up having pink eye as well as some type of bacterial infection in her mouth which brought on sores so she pretty much could not eat ANTYHING the whole trip! She resorted to drinking juice and eating yogurt and ice cream/shakes! (Doesn't sound so awful, but when you know you can't eat anything else, it's bad!) I can only imagine how hard that is to watch your entire family eat on vacation! We cut our trip 1/2 day short so we could get her back to the doctor and within one day of medication, she was back to eating. Whew! All in all, Dayna was a pretty good sport about it and enjoyed herself as much as she possibly could! It was still a really fun trip.
