I cannot remember the last time I took the day off of work for my birthday, but this year we decided to take the kids to Great America so I thought that would be a nice way to spend my birthday! Grandpa, Lance and Auntie Stace went with us. It had to have been the hottest day on earth (ok, not that hot, but it was at least 99 degrees and no breeze!). We were already HOT at 10am!!! The good part was that they have a lot of water parks so the kids were in the water ALL day!
They have a kiddie-area where they enjoyed riding the rides too. It was a great day to go because the rides were empty! The girls pretty much sat on a ride about 3-4 times in a row.......no one waiting in line.
Dayna and Kayla especially enjoyed the kiddie-roller coaster!
